The Perfect Crime: The Manager Who Counted Everything but the Wheelbarrow!
The Mystery Worker Who Never Stole a Thing… Until Monday
At a busy construction site, the manager had a gut feeling about one worker. Something felt off. Maybe he was sneaky. Maybe he was stealing materials. He had no proof, just that “off” feeling.
Day 1: The manager asked him to move bricks from one site to another. The worker loaded the wheelbarrow carefully, the manager counted them, and later… the bricks all arrived perfectly.
Day 2: Same deal, but with 2x4s. Every single piece arrived.
Day 3: Tools. Perfect delivery.
This went on for two whole weeks. Nothing went missing. The manager was going crazy. He was sure something shady was happening, but he had zero evidence. Eventually, he gave up and figured he was imagining things.
Then Monday came. The worker didn’t show up. The manager called… no answer.
Needing to move supplies, he grabbed another worker and asked him to deliver a bunch of bolts. The new worker looked around and said:
“Uh… how am I supposed to move these? We don’t have any wheelbarrows.”
💥 Plot twist: The original worker wasn’t stealing anything — he was just incredibly efficient at logistics… and everyone assumed the worst!
