A woman was in bed with her lover, who also happened to be her husband’s best friend.
Afterward, they were relaxing when the phone suddenly rang.
Since it was her house, she answered.
Her lover could only hear her side of the conversation:
“Hello? Oh, hi! I’m so glad you called!”
“Really? That’s wonderful!”
“I’m so happy you’re having such a great time!”
“Oh, that sounds terrific!”
“Okay, bye-bye!”
She hung up and turned to her lover.
“Who was that?” he asked.
She smiled innocently.
“That was my husband. He just called to tell me what a fantastic time he’s having on his fishing trip with you.”
The lover froze.
“Wait…”
She smiled.
“Apparently, the fish aren’t the only thing he caught today.”
